Having worked with hundreds of local families, I understand that buying or selling a home is about much more than the transaction itself. People don’t just move without a reason; there is almost always a big life moment happening behind the scenes. It may be a new job, a growing family, a retirement, or any number of exciting life events. I will take care of the nitty-gritty details, creating a smooth real estate experience so that you can be fully present for the big life moment that has prompted you to move.
Providing high-quality service to others has long been a value of mine. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a bedside nurse at The University of Kansas Hospital. Building relationships with my patients and keeping them calm under high stress, high adrenaline circumstances was highly important to me. While it is not the same as a hospital stay, anyone who has purchased or sold a home before can tell you that the journey can be a stressful, emotional, and exhausting one. My experience in nursing gave me the skills to provide clear, calm guidance for you, helping you make educated decisions.
Our journey together doesn’t end at the closing table - that is only the beginning! Once you hire me, you will have a homeownership guide for life. Whether you would like an update on the value of your home, or you need a referral for a home-related service (plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, painting, landscaping, etc.) I will always be there to help connect you with the resources you need. I am also part of an international network of like-minded Realtors, so that if one day you find yourself moving away from Kansas City, I can help make sure you have the best relocation experience possible.
